Acquiring this property for Dwight Road Properties in February 2016 and subsequently selling it for residential redevelopment to Jasper Homes in May 2016.

Acquiring this redevelopment opportunity on behalf of the V Fund where planning was obtained for 25,000 sq ft of offices. Acting on behalf of the V Fund jointly with Jones Lang LaSalle and Lambert Smith Hampton in the subsequent sale to Boultbee Brooks Real Estate in May 2016.
