We found a new shop for our business, Watford Lock & Key Services, it wasn’t a straightforward transaction but the team at Perry Holt looked after us throughout, initially looked after by Joel and then Ben. The team were always super- fast to respond to questions and queries we had, looking after the process on both sides. We are now moved in and the business is growing rapidly. Well done team Perry Holt

I recently worked with Joel on the sale of Tangent House in Watford and I was very pleased with how the transaction was handled from first instruction to final completion. The sale took just over 5 months from beginning to end, and at every stage Joel was supportive and engaged with ensuring that we made rapid progress. I would certainly recommend Perry Holt for any commercial property transaction Hertfordshire, South Bucks and beyond.

Ben and the team at Perry Holt have supported our family in managing the sale of my father's former business property in the Watford area. We originally turned to Perry Holt due to their history and knowledge of the local market and trusted them to market the property. Once we found a buyer their in-depth knowledge, experience of commercial transactions and determination proved invaluable in managing the sale through to a successful completion. We would thoroughly recommend their services.
