Perry Holt was founded in 2002 and is now one of Hertfordshire’s leading Chartered Surveying Practices.

The Founder, Perry Holt, has extensive experience in the commercial property market which he has gained over 50 years in the Watford and South West Hertfordshire area. In December 2019 Alex Sewell was appointed Co-Director and Joint Partner. Alex and Perry will work together to deliver on the company’s growth plans for 2022, the 20th anniversary, and beyond. Alex brings extensive experience of the local residential market having run the successful agency Sewell & Gardner since 2002.
