For the last four years I have been with our sister company Sewell & Gardner learning all that has to come with the residential property market. Dealing with a mixture of different buyers looking to buy their dream property. Being with Sewell & Gardner for the last four years has helped me build my knowledge and grow my experience in the industry profoundly. It has been exciting dealing with a variety of different people and helping them go through the process of owning, what may be their first property or their fifth property!

The time has now come to switch over to the commercial side of the property industry to expand my knowledge further with Perry Holt Property Consultants. Commercial property has always been an interest of mine, wanting to know exactly how the high streets, offices spaces and industrial units are made up. I am now dealing with both the commercial and land side of our business. It has been a real educational lesson moving over to commercial with a lot more legalities and learning all the different use classes that are involved with a commercial property. It has been a real eye opener to understand what types of businesses can go where.

Working with my colleagues Joel Lobatto, Alex Sewell, Ben Howard and Rosie Shearsby, I have a great team around me to continue to learn all I can when it comes to commercial and land. Joel has been in the industry for the last 15 years and know as much as anyone when it comes to the day to day running of commercial. I am excited to see what the future holds, with growing my knowledge establishing himself within Perry Holt.
