Over the last couple of years we have been working on several strategic sites in and around the Hertfordshire area. It has been a real focus of ours to secure a long-term supply of development opportunities.

This involved working closely with landowners on what tend to be larger plots that need promoting to meet the local housing needs in line with the Local Plan. We work alongside planning consultants and architects from the early stages to fully understand the lands potential before introducing buyers or land promoters.

Many of our strategic sites are ones we have found ourselves; we take pride in our approach and build rapport with landowners to meet individual requirements. Whether this be a joint venture, unconditional sale or a land promotion agreement.
